Privacy

Wayfield is in a limited beta. When you create a provider account we collect your sign-in email, the Northwell email you verify, your NPI, and the practice description you choose to write. We use this information to connect you to your professional profile and operate the product — nothing else. We don't sell it or share it with third parties.

Photos you upload to the headshot generator

The free headshot generator asks for a photo of your face and your NPI. You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name. A photo of your face is biometric information under some state laws, so here is exactly what happens to it:

• It is uploaded to our storage and sent to Google's Gemini models, running on Google Cloud, which generate a new portrait from it. We do not use it to train models.
• The photo you uploaded is deleted once generation finishes — on every outcome, including failures.
• The generated headshot is kept, so you can open and download it.
• If the NPI you enter matches a provider already in Wayfield, the generated headshot may be saved to that provider record and marked as AI-generated. It is not shown to other users.
• We don't post it anywhere, and we don't share or sell it.

Profile information shown in Wayfield is assembled from public sources. To ask about your data — including a photo or a generated headshot — or to have it corrected or deleted, email jleahy@wayfieldglobal.com.
